One of the most important things in business is a steady flow of new business. Without it, you just can't grow very well. All salespeople have a list of possible prospects: names and contact information that they've picked up from other clients, friends, conferences, etc. It can be a challenge to turn those leads into a good prospect on the cusp of buying your product.
