Companies turn to brain games to tackle work stress
As a leader what can you do to help your employees with stress? Playing games can help your employees stay focus and stress free. At Nationwide, a case study found that workers who played the games regularly increased their positive thinking by 5%, boosted social skills by 8%, and heightened their emotional resilience by 9%, and 8% improvement in productivity. As a leader you might frown upon employees playing games, less time they are able to work. If a employee takes a break for 10-15 minutes to play a video game, in my opinion I think it is worth it. Gives the employee a chance to relax and then continue to work after that. As a leader you would have to set rules for your employees, this way they don’t take advantage of you. If your employees are stress, consider video games to help relieve stress.
