Naturally, when looking for talent the question arises as to “how do I properly vet these candidates”. With the economy the way it currently is, any job posting you might put on your website or elsewhere online will likely receive hits from a plethora on interested and maybe desperate job seekers.  The old fashioned “once-over” of the resumes will no longer suffice on their own in this modern age. Now there are many new tools via the rise of the internet that you must utilize on top of the tried and true methods to help evaluate potential new members to your small business team.
